About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist to join our growing Media team. In this role, you will design and implement multi-channel social strategies that align with client objectives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create data-driven plans while remaining attuned to social media trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present tailored multi-channel social media strategies.
- Create and maintain media budgets, flowcharts, and authorizations.
- Provide insights and POVs on social media trends and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team for tracking and pixel implementation.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand safety and performance goals.
- Reconcile monthly vendor invoices with third-party ad metrics.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with media partners.
- Present campaign results and insights to clients.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in media planning and buying across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Familiarity with managing monthly ad budgets of $100K+.
- Knowledge of audience analysis tools and media attribution models.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Campaign Manager 360 is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with large-scale advertisers ($1M+/month) and organic social growth strategies.
