About the Role
Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist, supporting a government client based in Brisbane. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing customer service and resolution for inquiries related to our client’s products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and webchat.
- Assess customer needs, requirements, entitlements, and obligations using provided resources.
- Assist customers in navigating and understanding digital services.
- Address and escalate service disruptions as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure continued support.
- Take a proactive approach to resolving customer issues at the first point of contact.

Additional Information
- 2 weeks of full-time paid training, followed by a minimum of 20 hours per week.
