Role Description
As a Marketing Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and monitor competition strategies to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the implementation of new product launches while driving growth for key pillar products and maintaining the core catalog.
- Contribute to marketing mix strategies to create engaging, integrated consumer brand experiences.
- Adapt communication materials for various platforms, including digital, imagery, and point-of-sale displays.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, education) and external partner agencies to align business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong ability to work in a multi-functional environment and effectively collaborate with business partners outside the marketing function.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Program Requirements and Details
- Open to final-year students or recent graduates (less than two years since graduation).
- The program duration is between 6 and 12 months.
