Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Focus:
- Develop and execute digital strategies to optimise ROAS and profitability for ecommerce and lead generation.
- Continuously improve websites, landing pages, and digital channels to enhance customer experience and drive quality leads and sales.
- Conduct A/B testing across digital channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimise digital campaigns to build customer value and increase revenue.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on ecommerce and lead generation performance, providing actionable insights.
- Create and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, identifying optimisation opportunities in real time.
- Track and share testing outcomes to establish best practices within the team.
SEO & Content Optimisation:
- Collaborate with external experts to refine keyword strategies and improve search rankings.
- Develop a robust blog program with engaging content to drive organic traffic.
- Regularly review and update SEO content across websites, leveraging performance insights to boost rankings.
Content Production:
- Ensure consistent, high-quality content across all digital platforms, adhering to brand standards.
- Research and implement creative growth ideas, including competitor analysis and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for efficient and impactful content creation.
Website Management:
- Conduct quarterly optimisation reviews to enhance user experience and performance.
- Implement SEO best practices and technical optimisations for website content.
- Ensure websites reflect an outstanding brand experience aligned with product standards.
Email & SMS Marketing:
- Oversee email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate database management and prioritisation of marketing opportunities.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Work with SEO specialists to optimise Brand Developers’ website performance.
- Track SEO trends and apply insights to enhance visibility and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaign management.
- 1+ years of experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or WordPress.
- Proven success in driving traffic and conversions through multi-channel marketing strategies.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to implement data-driven digital strategies and improve results through A/B testing.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends and design principles.
- Proficiency in digital performance analysis tools and platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
