Job Description/Overview:
NCE Homecare is looking for compassionate individuals to join their team as Live-In Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Waterbury, CT, and surrounding areas. The caregiver will stay in the client’s home for three or four consecutive days, providing essential support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene needs.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, and changing linens.
Prepare meals in accordance with specified dietary needs.
Provide medication reminders.
Escort clients to recreational activities and medical appointments.
Qualifications:
Certified PCA, CNA, or HHA (preferred).
Valid driver’s license (preferred).
Experience:
Experience in caregiving or similar roles is an advantage.
Skills:
Ability to handle household tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
