Job Description/Overview:
Wage Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to assist elderly residents during overnight shifts. The role involves providing personal care, comfort, and assistance with daily living activities in a warm and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in and receive nursing reports at the start of shifts.
Maintain a calm and positive atmosphere.
Assist residents with clothing changes, bed transitions, and walking.
Provide support for leg and muscle pain relief.
Perform light cleaning and cooking.
Offer companionship and reassurance to residents.
Collaborate with other staff for tasks and resident care.
Compensation:
$25.00 per hour.
Shift Available:
Tuesday to Friday, 10 PM–6 AM (Overnight).

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexible, punctual, patient, and dependable.
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check if required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in caregiving (required).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills.
Ability to maintain physical activity for entire shifts.
License/Certification:
Driver’s license (preferred).

Expected hours: 32 per week.
Applicants must be able to commute to Saint Charles, IL.
Bilingual candidates and those with overnight shift experience are preferred.
