As part of our growth, we are seeking a passionate Content Manager & Social Media Specialist (M/F) to manage and enhance our content strategy, develop the company’s visibility, and execute our year-round communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
- Implementing the content strategy defined by management to meet communication and marketing objectives.
- Designing, structuring, and overseeing the editorial calendar.
- Writing engaging and attractive content for various channels such as the website, social media, newsletters, media, and marketing materials.
- Planning posts to increase visibility, managing interactions, and fostering community engagement to boost social media activity.
- Optimizing content for social media and SEO, and using analytics tools to track performance and maximize impact and efficiency.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to create tailored, relevant content.
- Staying updated on health and medical biology sector trends and innovations to adapt content accordingly.
Required Skills
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex medical information.
- Creativity and skill in creating compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience managing social media platforms and editorial planning.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the health sector.
- Languages: Fluency in French is essential, with good knowledge of English or German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
