We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the storytelling behind the people, customers, and technology that power the trades. If you’re a communications expert with a passion for creating impactful narratives and building engaged communities, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Aspire and FieldRoutes, building their unique voices and growing audiences across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate across the Marketing team to support social initiatives for demand generation, corporate brand, talent brand, and customer engagement
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar for social media content across FieldRoutes, Aspire, and ServiceTitan platforms
  • Identify and implement social media technologies to measure analytics, track outcomes, report progress, and refine strategies
  • Engage with FieldRoutes and Aspire’s customer community, showcasing their stories to enhance brand trust and loyalty
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to scale content production and improve quality

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in content development and social media management
  • Expertise in channel-native social marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape and strategies to scale brand voice and audience reach
  • Strong analytical skills to measure success and demonstrate the business value of social media programs
  • Collaborative mindset with experience building relationships across teams to drive alignment and implement processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and editorial excellence
  • Passion for understanding and amplifying customer success stories

Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation. The salary range for candidates residing in Canada is $113,000–$169,000 CAD, with additional annual bonuses, equity options, and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
