Job Description/Overview:
NASPO seeks a Data Analyst to support the development of data analytics for the organization and its affiliates, helping staff and leadership make data-driven decisions. The role involves data management, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration, requiring expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with NASPO’s goals.
Collect, store, and analyze datasets using tools like SQL, AWS, Azure, Python, and Airflow.
Design dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Collaborate with various departments to support data needs and promote data-driven decision-making.
Conduct ad hoc analyses for accuracy across projects and reports.
Travel to events for setup and technical support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analytics, data management, and data visualization techniques.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Experience:
Experience in data analytics with skills in ETL processes, data integration, and warehousing.
Skills:
Expertise in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
Knowledge of cloud technology (AWS, Azure) and scheduling tools (Airflow).

Salary: $55,850 – $65,650 annually.
