Job Description/Overview:
Join First American’s Direct division, which provides title insurance and settlement services for real estate transactions. The role involves developing client relationships, acquiring new business, and maintaining existing client accounts to support sales goals in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Build client relationships and secure new business while expanding existing accounts.
Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, industry events, and other sources.
Assess client needs and develop plans to meet them.
Represent First American at real estate and community events.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and create presentations for customer groups.
Engage regularly with internal teams, including operations and marketing.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years of experience in the title or real estate industry.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in residential title or real estate sales.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and customer understanding.
Adaptable to changing conditions and markets.
Persuasive with strong negotiation skills.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year plus commission.
