Job Description/Overview:
8×8 Inc. is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls. This high-energy role requires strong communication skills, a drive for success, and the ability to handle rejections while presenting 8×8’s communication solutions to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting for opportunities with named accounts.
Facilitate hand-off calls or video meetings involving prospects and Account Executives.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 8×8’s solutions, industry trends, and customer pain points.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales or account development experience (SaaS experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong phone presence, resilience, and the ability to clearly explain complex topics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or a related field, ideally with a background in SaaS or commission-based sales.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
Salary Range: $74,000 – $123,000 per year.
