Position: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
This role supports the HR department, handling a range of administrative tasks essential to maintaining the efficiency of PVH’s Warehouse and Distribution team. Key responsibilities include managing HR processes like timekeeping, employee records, compliance, and onboarding. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for supporting others.
Key Responsibilities:
Address employee inquiries about Workday, benefits, FMLA, LOA, and policies.
Assist with benefits enrollment and facilitate orientations.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents (e.g., performance reviews, termination letters).
Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor timecards and make payroll adjustments as needed.
Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Perform general administrative tasks and assist HR team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Experience:
3-5 years in a similar administrative or HR role.
Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with discretion.

Additional Information:
Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year.
