Job Description/Overview:
Sensiba LLP is seeking a Data Analyst to join its IT Operations Data Insights team. This role involves creating Power BI and SSRS reports, performing basic SQL development, and working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, contributing to the firm’s mission to provide data-driven insights for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in building and optimizing Power BI and SSRS reports.
Write and optimize foundational SQL queries.
Conduct data validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems and support data-driven decisions.
Assist in agile projects, adapting to feedback and new requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or report development.
Basic SQL skills and experience with Power BI, SSRS, and other analytics tools.
Creative and proactive approach with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation Range: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour.
