Key Responsibilities:
Participate in and receive the nursing report at the beginning of each shift
Maintain a warm, calm, and positive environment
Assist residents with clothing changes, mobility, and pain management
Help with walking, sitting, and getting in/out of bed or chairs
Perform cleaning, cooking, and provide companionship
Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
Able to pass a drug screening and background check
Clean, neat, and professional appearance
Flexible, punctual, patient, and dependable
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience required
Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Effective communication with residents and coworkers
Ability to respond professionally to visual and audio prompts
Capacity to maintain physical activity throughout the shift
