Job Description/Overview:
Colonial Vista Senior Living seeks compassionate caregivers to provide essential, respectful, and dedicated care to its residents. The caregiver will work to maintain the dignity, independence, and well-being of residents by assisting with personal needs, daily activities, and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care following resident care plans.
Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, eating, and mobility.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to leadership.
Serve meals, assist in the dining area, and maintain cleanliness.
Engage in emergency response procedures, as needed.
Document and report incidents.
Support safety, infection control, and other compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, and able to assist with various personal care needs.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and respond to emergency situations.
Professional demeanor and courteous attitude.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Skills:
Empathy, patience, and effective communication.
Ability to perform tasks such as lifting and resident mobility support.

Pay range: $16.50 – $23.50 per hour, depending on experience.
