Job Description/Overview:
Are you passionate about assisting seniors in the community? Interested in providing one-on-one care with a dedicated client? We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4-12 hours, matched to your availability. We have immediate openings for caregivers in Castle Rock and Franktown, with the opportunity to work for one of the top in-home care agencies in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, laundry, and companionship
Monitor and report clients’ well-being to supervisors, medical professionals, and family members
Complete ongoing training to enhance caregiving skills
Ensure the highest standards of client safety and well-being
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to Denver, Aurora, and Parker areas
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
Annual flu shot required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quick problem-solving abilities
Compassionate and dedicated to supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities
