Position: Sales Assistant / Management Assistant

Job Description:
Luxscan Weinig Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Assistant / Management Assistant to provide support for the sales team and management. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, sales support, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales and order processing teams.
Prepare and organize sales offers and related documentation.
Process and execute orders, including invoicing, reporting, and order confirmations.
Liaise with the shipping department and communicate with stakeholders and clients.
Data entry and reporting in CRM systems.
Assist with office management tasks.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
Coordinate internal and external events.
Arrange travel plans and accommodations.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of higher education.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills—polite, reliable, and flexible.
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
Fluent in English, both oral and written (German is a plus).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills (considered an advantage):
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Experience with ERP systems like SAGE or SAP.
