Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
GSK Stockmann is looking for a friendly and responsible Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team in Luxembourg. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy client interaction, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Answer and forward calls, take messages.
Prepare meeting rooms and organize equipment.
Manage various tasks such as booking taxis, restaurants, and managing the customer car park.
Handle documents, incoming and outgoing mail, registered mail, and special deliveries (DHL, UPS).
Support in organizing GSK events.
Administrative Support:
Manage emails, conference calls, and calendars.
Update databases and Outlook contacts.
Assist with copying, printing, scanning, and faxing.
Write, edit, and finalize correspondence.
Help with administrative tasks and office furnishings as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm, hotel, or service company.
Fluency in English and German.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and handle unforeseen situations.
