Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agency Director to join our team in Dubai. This role will be central to building and leading a roster of brands based in the Middle East, developing strategic marketing plans, and driving client success through content and culture marketing. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in digital content, branded content, and creator management, with a deep understanding of social media operations and campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Roster Development: Build and manage a portfolio of Middle Eastern brands looking to participate in content and culture marketing.
- Strategy Development: Develop, validate, and implement strategies for brands partnering with OML’s agency business, tools, or artist roster.
- Project Management: Oversee projects across creative, production, account management, and finance functions, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budget efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with artists, clients, and brand partners, leveraging business development opportunities.
- Research & Insights: Enable teams with cultural trends and insights, backed by data and qualitative inputs.
- Support Management Team: Assist in new business model validation and integration.
- Competitive Analysis: Provide input on emerging consumer, business, and competitive trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 14+ years of experience in digital content, branded content, creator management, or media.
- Campaign Expertise: Holistic understanding of social media, media measurement, and digital campaigns from planning to execution.
- Creative & Business Balance: Ability to balance business objectives with creative excellence.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Global Experience: Ability to work across time zones and diverse cultures, especially those without English as a native language.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Independent & Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently with a focus on results.
