Job Description:
Editus Luxembourg is seeking a Customer Care Assistant for a Digital Marketing Internship starting in January 2025. If you’re passionate about innovation and eager to dive into the world of digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Initiate contact with clients via phone and email to schedule meetings and ensure smooth interventions.
Platform Coordination: Assist in connecting Google, Meta, and Bing platforms to the company’s Presence Management solution.
Customer Support: Work with the Customer Care team to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding client platform connections.
Follow-ups & Organization: Proactively follow up with clients and ensure all requests are met. Collaborate with the after-sales team to resolve issues.
Cross-department Communication: Liaise with technical, commercial, and creative teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Problem Solving: Assist in managing technical issues related to client platform connections and ensure all profiles are connected and validated.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing or Customer Relations.
Interest in developing a career in customer service, ideally in digital marketing.
Familiarity with Google, Meta, and Bing platforms.
Excellent communication and client relations skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
