Job Description/Overview
As an Operational/Business Performance Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining process architecture, ensuring up-to-date processes, and supporting the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. You will assist with data protection compliance, conduct risk assessments, and implement End-to-End Process Performance to enhance operational efficiency. Through process analytics, you will identify and address weaknesses, propose solutions, and monitor performance indicators, supporting a commitment to energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain process architecture and ensure processes are updated.
Lead the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
Assist with data protection policy compliance and support risk assessments.
Implement End-to-End Process Performance and Process Mining to boost efficiency and customer service.
Conduct process analytics to detect weaknesses and propose optimization solutions.
Support operations in process modeling, documentation, and harmonization.
Define and monitor performance indicators, establishing automated measuring systems.
Ensure data availability and quality and create regular performance reports.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the energy sector.
Knowledge of BCM and GDPR standards.
Certifications in business continuity management and data protection are beneficial.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the energy domain.
Experience in BCM programs, data protection, and supporting compliance activities.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
Proficient in English, French, and German.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate technical ideas.
