Job Description/Overview

 

As a Customer Service Agent at Enovos, you will provide high-quality service across various communication channels, including phone, email, and Enoshops. You will manage customer requests and complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure problems are resolved. This role involves handling administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, and complex complaints while maintaining accurate communication internally and with clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide quality service to clients through all available communication channels (phone, email, Enoshops).

 

Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely solutions.

 

Perform administrative duties related to contracts, invoices, and complex claims.

 

Communicate detailed information to clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Contribute to the department’s objectives to improve service levels.

 

Follow internal procedures, guidelines, and communication standards.

 

Regularly inform management of any issues encountered and suggest improvements.

 

Support the team with other tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

Holder of a BAC or equivalent qualification.

 

Strong skills in active listening and problem resolution.

 

Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.

 

Flexible and a strong team player.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, German, English, and Luxembourgish.

 

Experience

 

No specific experience is required; however, previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

 

Skills

 

Proficiency in French, German, English, and Luxembourgish.

 

Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.

 

Problem-solving and flexibility in handling various tasks.
