Position: After Sales Officer

Job Description/Overview:
As part of our joint venture between LOSCH Luxembourg and SOCOM SA, we are hiring under the SWIO brand for an After Sales Officer. SWIO is our innovative EV (Electric Vehicle) charging management solution, providing customers with an all-in-one package that includes hardware, installation, coordination with electricity providers, and billing management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site assessments and prepare proposals for residential customers.
Develop new product concepts.
Provide technical support for both private and professional clients.
Maintain and manage the SWIO backend.
Service and maintain the SWIO public charging network.
Qualifications:
Completed training in electrical engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of Python, Modbus, and OCPP is an advantage.
Experience in e-mobility and electricity production is beneficial.
Familiarity with Luxembourg’s e-mobility regulations is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented approach.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about contributing to the energy transition.
Willingness to engage in ongoing training.
Proficiency in French and English (Luxembourgish and German are a plus).
