Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Secretary / Sales Representative who is fluent in German and English, with knowledge of French considered a plus. This role is vital in providing high-quality service, assisting clients, and managing the online quotation and purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Manage incoming calls, answer client inquiries, and provide information in German and English.
Online Support: Guide business and individual clients in navigating the website, particularly those new to photovoltaics.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send client quotations via the online platform.
CRM Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a commercial or sales role is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, client service orientation, and adaptability to diverse client profiles.
Experience
Professional Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and administrative tasks.
