About Us:
Cultural Awareness International (CAI) is a global organization dedicated to providing relocation and cross-cultural services to clients around the world. We’re looking for a Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant to join our Destination Services team and provide crucial support throughout the relocation process. This remote position is open to Texas-based candidates who are authorized to work in the United States.
Job Summary:
The Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction by assisting the Global Account Coordination Team. Reporting to the Director of Destination Services, VP of Intercultural Services, and, when necessary, the President and CEO, this role involves supporting relocation assignments and cross-cultural programs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full cycle of relocation assignments for both Relocation and Cross-Cultural Services.
- Manage the setup of new assignments and provide data entry support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new client requests.
- Assist the Management Team with day-to-day operations.
- Conduct research to support the Global Account Coordination Team on various topics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Proficient in data entry and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States (Texas-based applicants preferred).
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with work and industry experience.
