As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Superstar to join our high-performing remote team.
What We Offer
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year based on experience, plus superannuation and discretionary performance bonus.

- Remote Work: Fully remote within Australia, with virtual office tools (Zoom break-out rooms) for daily check-ins. Team meets in person once a month and the company gathers in person twice a year.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bank Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliations and prepare a debtor report by 8 a.m. to support daily operations.
- Foreign Exchange Reconciliation: Manage currency conversions in alignment with FX contracts.
- Invoicing and Collections: Generate and distribute invoices while professionally managing payment follow-ups and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Report Design: Use Microsoft Excel to create custom reports as required by the management team.
- Customer Account Maintenance: Ensure customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional tasks to support the team as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 3 years in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in XERO, Nab Connect, and Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and report design).
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with Sales teams, balancing payment collection with maintaining positive client relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Strong natural affinity for numbers and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Professional Home Setup: A quiet, distraction-free home office with reliable internet.
- Confidence with Online Tools: Comfortable with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft 365, and other remote tools (training provided if needed).
