Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and lead engaging social media strategies to connect with our player community. This role involves crafting captivating content, fostering brand awareness, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage and oversee platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Reddit.
  • Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored to the gaming community.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering a positive online community.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, industry practices, and gaming news to adjust strategies accordingly.

Email Marketing

  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns promoting game releases, updates, and events.
  • Segment and manage subscriber databases for personalized content delivery.
  • Design visually appealing email templates consistent with the brand.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Player Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address player feedback and inquiries.
  • Plan online events, contests, and giveaways to boost community participation.
  • Partner with influencers and gaming communities to enhance brand visibility.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track social media and email performance metrics, using data insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting campaign outcomes, audience growth, and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and gaming culture.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative edge.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A data-driven mindset and adaptability based on performance metrics.
