Job Overview

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant – Social Media to be at the forefront of our online interactions, helping to manage our brand’s visibility, engage with our community, and foster lasting relationships. In this role, you’ll oversee our social media accounts, interact with our followers, and support various social media-related tasks. This position is critical to building and nurturing a meaningful community around the Live it Up brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions professionally and promptly.
  • Stay current on social media trends, updates, and best practices for organic growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Growth and Customer Service teams to align social media efforts with broader objectives.
  • Conduct online research and compile information in spreadsheets.
  • Suggest process improvements and contribute to enhancing customer experience.
  • Perform various other social media-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a remote Virtual Assistant with a focus on Social Media Management.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (grammar, spelling, syntax).
  • Proficient with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Schedule

  • Training Period: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET.
  • Post-Training: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET; Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM ET.

This is a fully remote role; work from wherever you’re most productive, provided you have a quiet, professional workspace.
