Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales operations projects, aligning with SPREAD’s business goals to ensure customer success.
Gather, analyze, and present sales performance data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Refine sales processes to enhance operational efficiency and support clients’ rapid development cycles.
Organize and facilitate sales meetings, preparing relevant data and setting clear agendas.
Collaborate with sales, customer value, and app management teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to transform insights into actionable steps.
Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
