Overview
RWS is seeking a Search Quality Rater to play a pivotal role in enhancing AI search capabilities. This role involves evaluating how effectively our clients’ search engine responds to everyday queries, helping to improve the online search experience. If you’re web-savvy, skilled at finding information online, and interested in influencing the future of global AI search, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses to a variety of everyday searches.
- Use online research expertise to perform assignments that contribute to AI data improvements.
- Analyze information critically to assess relevance and accuracy.
- Adhere to quality and accuracy standards (SLAs).
Requirements
- Residency: Must reside in the United States.
- Cultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of popular culture in the U.S.
- Availability: Able to commit a minimum of 5 hours and up to 25 hours per week.
- Technical: Own a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet, and reliable antivirus software.
- Skills: Proficient in online research, detail-oriented, critical thinker, and able to work independently.
- Other: Must pass training modules and a required test before starting; must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA); only one Search Quality Rater per household.
