Logwin AG, a leading logistics provider with over 3,800 employees across 190+ locations worldwide, is seeking a Junior Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join their team in Münster / Saerbeck. This role involves handling customer inquiries, developing sales strategies, and managing end-to-end customer relations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries.
Develop and execute new sales strategies.
Support tenders and customer reporting initiatives.
Manage customer accounts and implement new business opportunities.
Prepare and present offers to clients.
Plan and coordinate sales actions and establish long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Completed training as a clerk (m/w/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services.
Ability to adapt quickly to new topics.
Proactive in developing new business opportunities.
Fluent communication in both German and English.
Experience
Experience in customer service, sales strategy, or logistics is preferred, but newcomers are also welcome.
Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
