Job Overview
One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join their team. This role is integral to enhancing the resort’s online presence, particularly in the Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets, by developing and executing creative social media strategies. You will play a key role in engaging the audience, driving brand awareness, and fostering meaningful interactions with our target audience across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for up to 5 F&B outlets, aligning with the resort’s business goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to create visually appealing and engaging content on platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the online community in a timely manner.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to incorporate innovative social media practices and trends.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage paid social media campaigns to support marketing promotions and initiatives.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, social media, or digital roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- High level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta) and an analytical mindset for interpreting data.
- Knowledge of the Dubai Food & Beverage scene is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing is a plus.
