Job Description/Overview:
Exakt Health is developing the ultimate app for runners, offering personalized training and physical therapy. Since 2021, we have grown to over 200,000 users across the EU and US. With the recent launch of our smart running plans, we aim to support users in reaching their running goals while preventing injuries. We are seeking a (Junior) Marketing & Community Manager to engage, inspire, and activate our user community.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries with care and expertise.
Moderate social media discussions and monitor relevant trends and conversations.
Plan and execute social media initiatives, such as giveaways, challenges, and community events.
Support automation processes for customer support queries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage influencer partnerships and develop engaging social media content.
Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Sports, Communication, or related fields.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Native-level German and proficient in business English.
Experience:
Understanding of various social media platforms and up-to-date with latest trends.
Experience or passion for running and knowledge of the running community.
Skills:
Effective communication and relationship management.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Additional Information:
Initial compensation: €33,000 – €44,000, including stock options.
Hybrid work model with flexible home office policy.
Monthly fitness budget of €100 and 6 weeks paid vacation.
Part-time work is possible.
