Job Description/Overview:
Happy Nation, a Berlin-based social start-up dedicated to sustainable happiness and well-being, is looking for a social media marketing intern to join our mission. The intern will oversee all social media channels, conduct research, create content, and support marketing initiatives as we prepare for a well-being challenge launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage marketing operations and social media channels.
Conduct market research and analysis; knowledge of the U.S. market is a plus.
Engage in content creation and growth hacking to empower our community.
Support the launch of our well-being challenge.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (at least in the final year of bachelor’s studies).
Passion for social media and marketing with a creative mindset.
Knowledge or interest in the well-being industry (e.g., happiness, health, nutrition, meditation, sports).
Experience:
Experience in building social media followings or influencer marketing is a plus.
Skills:
Fluent English with strong communication skills.
Entrepreneurial and creative approach to social media and content creation.
