We are looking for a Social Media Manager based in Dubai to help shape our brand and drive the success of our content creators.
About the Role
As a Social Media Manager at 8Flamez, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our business goals. Your role will involve creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media trends, and building relationships with influencers and brand advocates. You will work closely with our team, including our co-founders, to ensure consistent messaging and maximize media coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.
Who Should Apply

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
