Job Description/Overview:
As an Assistant Front Office Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, you will embody our luxury brand’s commitment to excellence. Supporting the Front Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, handle guest relations, and ensure that the hotel’s Gold Standards are upheld. This role requires a full-time working commitment and rights to work in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Front Office Manager in departmental operations to provide a seamless experience for guests.
Manage day-to-day front office activities, staff levels, and ensure the hotel’s standards are consistently met.
Address and resolve guest complaints, grievances, and disputes effectively.
Plan and facilitate team-building activities for associates to foster a positive work environment.
Serve as an expert on the hotel and surrounding area to enhance guest experience.
Strengthen guest relationships by providing outstanding service that encourages future bookings.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in OPERA or similar property management systems.
Relevant experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality.
Experience:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial front office role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
