Job Description/Overview:
Join an Australian manufacturer of structural building materials specializing in civil and commercial applications. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on new business development while maintaining and growing relationships with civil and commercial contractors in the Perth metro area.
Salary: Up to $120,000 base + bonus + fully maintained vehicle + superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with civil and commercial contractors.
Walk onsite to engage with project managers, site managers, and procurement managers.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities while managing existing accounts.
Utilize technical knowledge of building and construction to provide effective solutions to customers.
Focus on value-based selling rather than price competition.
Qualifications:
Strong background in building materials sales, particularly in a hands-on role.
Proven experience engaging with builders and contractors on-site.
Experience:
Several years of experience as a sales representative in the building materials sector.
Skills:
Engaging personality with strong business development skills.
Excellent commercial acumen and proactive approach.
