Job Description/Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations for restaurants, bars, and room service. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting staff during peak meal periods. The role focuses on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction and maximizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
Monitor staffing to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives.
Lead and develop the food and beverage team with strong interpersonal skills.
Establish and uphold customer service excellence.
Address guest needs and manage service quality.
Oversee financial aspects, including purchasing and invoice payments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage or a related field
OR a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in food and beverage or related fields.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including sanitation and compliance standards.
Ability to foster a positive work environment and drive employee productivity.
