Job Description/Overview:
This role goes beyond providing guests with a clean room and a freshly made bed. Marriott’s Hotel Cleanliness Experts ensure a memorable and unique experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms, and other public spaces to help create an excellent guest environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
Clean guest rooms and hotel public spaces.
Maintain a safe workplace, uphold quality standards, and follow company policies.
Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Perform other duties as requested to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Commitment to guest service and creating a memorable experience.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Experience:
Prior experience in housekeeping or similar roles preferred.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
