Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across our portfolio of home services brands. Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, this role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the modernization of an $830 billion market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of a comprehensive integrated marketing program focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, repeat rates, and brand awareness across multiple locations.
- Employ a multi-channel marketing approach, including TV, OOH, SEO, direct mail, SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement the marketing playbook and foundational growth engine for future business acquisitions.
- Optimize the customer conversion funnel from lead capture to revenue using various channels, including email, text, phone, and discounts.
- Collaborate with Operations and local General Managers to deploy marketing initiatives and support local activations and grassroots campaigns.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to drive the next phase of PipeDreams’ growth.
- Develop a growth forecasting model, manage marketing budgets, and maintain dashboards to report performance to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and partners involved in campaign creation and execution.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and testing, establishing business cases for marketing programs and identifying strategies to scale.
Who You Are:
- You have 8+ years of experience in progressive marketing leadership roles, preferably within multi-site home services or related industries, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- You possess expertise in marketing for need-based services and a strong understanding of customer needs and tailored solutions.
- You have demonstrated experience in multi-location marketing strategies and managing marketing efforts for multiple brands.
- You are well-versed in direct marketing metrics, segmentation, data analysis, and response measurement.
- You can seamlessly transition between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
- You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a talent for building cross-organizational relationships.
- You have an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
