About the Role
Dentsu is seeking an Account Manager – Social Media to lead and develop client service accounts, delivering innovative and creative solutions to client briefs. As an integral member of the team, you will manage communications plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the highest quality of work and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Director in delivering creative solutions for client briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Dentsu and network to drive business value and innovation.
  • Project manage clients’ communications plans, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Review plans to identify opportunities for greater margin and value through innovative strategies.
  • Lead and motivate the internal team to produce best-in-class work that meets client expectations.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding their plans and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

    • 4-6 years of experience in account management, preferably in the social media or communications industry.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of social media strategies and trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to clients.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to client needs and challenges.
