Job Description/Overview:
The Operations Admin Assistant will enter and retrieve information from computer databases, transmit documents, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain both digital and paper-based filing systems. This role includes preparing and reviewing documents, handling phone inquiries, and providing general office support. The Assistant will also support team goals and interact professionally with guests, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases
Operate office equipment and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents
Create and maintain filing systems for records and reports
Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality
Foster positive working relationships with team members
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Qualifications:
Proficient in using standard office software (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software)
Experience:
Experience in an administrative role preferred
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
