Position: Marketing Officer

Job Description/Overview:
Luxair is seeking a Marketing Officer to support their Marketing Management department. The successful candidate will participate in the marketing plan’s implementation, proactively organize events, and collaborate with Communication and Sales teams to maximize campaign impact. This role also involves managing the marketing budget, analyzing campaign results, and providing backup to Marketing Managers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement marketing plans to meet service objectives
Organize events, media activities, and sponsorships
Collaborate with Communication and Sales teams for effective campaigns
Monitor marketing budget and ensure departmental actions align with objectives
Analyze marketing outcomes for future strategy improvement
Provide support to Marketing Managers when required
Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing or Communication or proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency in English, French, and/or German (written and spoken)
Familiarity with current IT office and marketing tools
Flexibility for duty travel
Experience:
Experience in projects, brand management, and marketing/communication
Skills:
Strong communication and client-focused mindset
Good negotiation skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to multitask
