Job Description/Overview:
State Street Corporation is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their team, focusing on managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality core services. This role involves monitoring service quality, acting as the primary point of contact for client issues, and collaborating with various departments. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer accounts and service quality standards
Maintain in-depth knowledge of State Street products and services
Act as the first point of contact for client service issues and escalate as needed
Oversee service quality, conduct governance calls, and track performance metrics
Facilitate new business onboarding and manage fund changes
Coordinate KPI reviews with clients and discuss service implications
Perform KYC/AML tasks and ensure legal documentation is complete
Engage with industry events and forums as a representative of State Street
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience:
5+ years in the financial services industry
Familiarity with the RFP process and State Street’s operational environment
Skills:
Independent worker with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Proven skills in client relationship management
