Job Description/Overview:
Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for the Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa. This role involves creating a memorable guest experience by ensuring the hotel environment remains clean and inviting. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and public areas, stocking carts, delivering guest requests, and maintaining a professional appearance. Housekeepers are expected to follow safety protocols, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness across the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces
Respond to guest requests and assist with cleaning as needed
Operate independently, moving and lifting objects as required
Ensure adherence to safety policies and maintain confidentiality
Uphold high standards for uniform, personal appearance, and communication
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance
Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Experience:
Previous housekeeping or related experience is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and organization skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality
