Role Overview
KPMG is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager to take their Canadian social media strategy to the next level. This is a 12-month contract role focused on driving engagement, building a collaborative community, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise social media management and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage KPMG’s social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Support leadership and marketers in driving Marketing Qualified Leads through social channels.
- Oversee the strategy, scheduling, publishing, and reporting of content on KPMG’s national social media properties.
- Collaborate with Marketing Compliance, Risk, and Strategic Communications teams to monitor and manage social media issues.
- Advise marketing clients on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media.
- Maintain and produce a social media conversation calendar to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to drive ROI and improve social media campaign performance.
- Leverage emerging social media technologies and best practices to create a competitive advantage for KPMG.
- Create quarterly reports to track the performance of social media channels and offer insights for future campaigns.
- Provide training to senior stakeholders and teams on social media best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in managing enterprise social media communities.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Khoros) and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Strong project management skills and experience in providing social media training.
- Expertise in digital marketing and online communications.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to apply brand and risk guidelines to social media strategies.
- Written and oral fluency in English is required.
