About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent for Foundever. Working closely with our recruitment team, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, from sourcing candidates to assisting with onboarding processes. This is an excellent chance to develop talent acquisition skills and build your professional network in a 100% remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, shortlist, and phone screen potential candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews, assessing candidate skills and suitability.
- Perform background checks to ensure candidate compliance.
- Coordinate interview schedules to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding processes and recruitment reporting.
