Job Description/Overview

We are looking for a Services Business Manager to join our team, focusing on customer success across Africa. This role involves building account strategies, driving financial objectives, and providing specialized knowledge of our Customer Success Management (CSM) products.
Key Responsibilities
Create CSM sales strategies and targets for the region in collaboration with the Rigid Packaging sales team.
Build relationships with Husky sales team members and key customers.
Independently provide support to sales as the Subject Matter Expert in CSM products.
Support and drive Husky Sales to achieve planned sales volume and growth rate of CSM products.
Provide feedback on current products and new opportunities, working with Product Managers and Engineering to establish new product definitions that meet market requirements.
Drive achievement of CSM financial objectives such as orders, sales, and contracts net gain.
Support customers with specialized knowledge of CSM products, including spare parts and aftermarket solutions.
Qualifications
Knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective.
Experience in injection molding maintenance; experience with Husky injection molding machines or the Husky service team is an asset.
Working knowledge of control systems (electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC-IPC controls).
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
High level of business acumen with the ability to independently set and achieve targets.
Post-secondary education (college or university degree) preferred but not essential.
5-10 years of experience within the Injection Molding Industry, emphasizing IMM Maintenance, Service, and/or Sales.
Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Arabic and/or other languages is an asset.
