Job Description/Overview
Global Water Solutions (GWS) is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pressure tanks and water enhancement products. We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative who is a team player with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, manage the order process, and ensure effective communication at every step.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the after-sales process for a designated group of European customers.
Communicate daily with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and colleagues globally.
Process inquiries and orders, including entering orders into our ERP system (NetSuite) and overseeing the delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth order processing.
Work closely with sales managers to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing questions or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads, as guided by sales managers.
Assist with administrative tasks for the local office in Luxembourg.
Help maintain and advance the database of current and potential customers to support company growth.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, export/import, sales support, or purchase assistance.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and German; knowledge of French is an asset.
Experience working with ERP software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented with the ability to resolve day-to-day challenges.
Ability to multitask and think proactively.
Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to work both in a team and independently.
Reside within a commutable distance to the Contern office.
