We are seeking a Part-Time Affiliate Commerce Writer to join our team and create compelling, conversion-driven content that engages readers and drives revenue through affiliate links.
Position Overview:
As an Affiliate Commerce Writer, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content such as product reviews, buying guides, and promotional articles that encourage readers to make purchases through affiliate links. Your work will play a crucial role in driving traffic, optimizing SEO, and enhancing affiliate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write well-researched, engaging content, including product reviews, comparison articles, and buying guides that align with our brand voice and audience.
- Affiliate Partnerships: Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team to source affiliate links, promotional offers, and relevant product information.
- Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to identify trending topics and high-converting search terms. Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for maximum visibility.
- Product Evaluation: Research and evaluate products to provide accurate, unbiased reviews and recommendations across various industries.
- Conversion Optimization: Write persuasive calls-to-action (CTAs) and implement strategies to boost click-through rates, conversions, and affiliate revenue.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance, affiliate conversions, and engagement metrics. Use data to refine content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with editorial teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all affiliate content.
- Compliance & Disclosure: Follow ethical and legal guidelines related to affiliate marketing, including FTC regulations. Ensure proper disclosure in all affiliate content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a focus on affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and grammar.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency in keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, networks, and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to measure content performance and refine strategies.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to ethical affiliate marketing and transparency in content.
Pay Range:
$25.00 – $35.00 per hour
